Do you help with planning before the event?
I include a pre-event planning call to align on your vision, timeline, and flow. If you need additional support like vendor coordination, sourcing, or extra logistics ahead of time, you can add that on through my concierge services.
What types of events do you typically coordinate?
I primarily support workshops, retreats, brand events, and live experiences for coaches, entrepreneurs, and creative brands. If your event has a strong guest experience and multiple moving parts, I’m your person.
What exactly do you take over on event day?
I step in as the main point of contact for vendors, manage the timeline, support speakers and tech, handle transitions, and troubleshoot anything that comes up. You won’t need to answer questions or manage logistics once the event begins.
Will you help with the run of show?
Yes. We’ll review your run of show together and I’ll make any necessary refinements so everything flows naturally. Then I execute it on-site so timing, transitions, and energy stay consistent throughout.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Something always comes up, and that’s exactly why I’m there. I stay calm, grounded, and solution-focused so issues are handled quickly and quietly without disrupting the experience.
